Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Card and Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal, Apple & Google Pay, Shop Pay and we also offer payment plans via Klarna UK, ClearPay and Laybuy.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

International Shipping Payments

International shipping is not charged at checkout. Once your order is packed and weighed, we will email you with a payment link for the best and most reliable shipping we can find. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the shipping cost, you are welcome to cancel your order and receive a full refund which we will process immediatly. 

Ordering and delivery

How much is UK/International shipping?

UK Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your order. You will have the option for 1st or 2nd class shipping and depending on order value you may have the option for tracked or standard shipping.

We also offer free 2nd class shipping for UK customers when you spend £50 or more. You can choose to upgrade your parcel to 1st class for an additional cost.

 

International Shipping

You will not be charged shipping when you checkout. We will pack and weigh your parcel first and email you an invoice when your order is ready to be dispatched with an accurate shipping cost. If you are not happy with the shipping cost, reply to the email and we will cancel and process a refund for your order. Your order will not be shipped until the shipping invoice is paid.

Orders under £30 are automatically sent using a non-tracked service, however if you want us to use a tracked service just reply to your shipping invoice email letting us know, and we will amend your shipping invoice and send you an updated payment link.  

Unfortunatly we do not offer a free shipping option for international orders.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at hello@jolif.co.uk. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via hello@jolif.co.uk we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it. Returns information can be found under the returns tab in our FAQ.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch general orders within 2-5 working days (monday-friday). Orders which include embroidery or personalised items we aim to dispatch within 7-14 days. Our printed signage which we offer we do ask to allow upto 2-3 weeks for these to be designed, printed and then dispatched.

For orders within the UK we expect your parcel to arrive within 1-3 working days once it has left our warehouse, usually via Royal Mail. However Royal Mail do request to allow up to 10 working days for them to get your parcel to you. Please contact us if your order has not been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

International parcels we expect to arrive within 14 working days, however this may fluctuate. Please contact us if your order has not been delivered according to the expected timescale.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you want an alternative product, please return your item and place a new order. 

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, it must be within 14 days of you recieving it.

Please note we are not responsible for returns which go missing in the post, so we recommend you use a tracked service. The cost of returns postage and packaging is the customers responsibility. 

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via hello@jolif.co.uk with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card. You will be notified by email when we process your refund.

Misc

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift cards are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. You can find gift cards here.
